Increasing user engagement through creative socials
When I started at ListReports, our follower count on instagram was 3k. I was tasked to join up with the talented Ashley Musick and Sophie Lee, our staff content managers, to assist in upgrading our social content and bringing our follower count to 10k. By the end of my tenure we successfully achieved this by transforming our account into another product where our content was relatable and easily shareable by our followers while still staying with the LR brand. We also sprinkled in fun posts about our team (such as a work from anywhere post, or blog post announcements) to humanize the brand and let our audience get to know our team. Additionally I was able to create a few Shareables, a social product created by Bree Bruce at ListReports.
